Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BR Beauty Professional LLC ("Claimvia", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use claimvia.app and the Claimvia app.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and, if you provide them, your name and brand or company name.
• Purchase information: name, email, billing country and the details you enter at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Files and product information: labels, ingredient lists, formulas, safety data sheets, product page links and ad text you upload or enter.
• Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and error logs, used to keep the Service secure and working.
• Free ingredient scanner: text you paste into the free scanner is processed to show your result. If you choose to give your email to see the full result, we store your email and the result.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service: analyze your documents, prepare and deliver your reports and manage your account.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To send service emails, such as login links, delivery notices and important updates.
• To send marketing emails about regulatory deadlines and Claimvia offers, only if you agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To protect the Service against abuse and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Your files

Your uploaded files are stored in private storage, separated by account. Only you, the members of your organization and Claimvia (to deliver the Service) can access them. Access links expire after a few minutes. We do not use your files to train AI models, and we use AI providers under terms that do not allow them to train on your data.

4. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under their own security and privacy commitments:

• Stripe (payments)
• Supabase (database and file storage)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Resend (service emails)
• Klaviyo (marketing emails, only if you opted in)
• AI model providers (document reading and analysis)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information while your account is active. Files and reports are kept so you can access them later, and are deleted within 30 days after you delete them or close your account, except where we must keep records for legal, tax or fraud prevention reasons.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, and to stop receiving marketing emails. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email support@claimvia.app. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and the Service working. We do not use advertising cookies on the app. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

8. International processing

Claimvia is operated from the United States and Brazil, and our providers may process data in other countries. We take reasonable steps to protect your information wherever it is processed.

9. Security

We use access controls, private storage, encrypted connections and per-account data separation. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects your data, as required by law.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
