Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Claimvia, including the website claimvia.app, the Claimvia app and any report you purchase (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by BR Beauty Professional LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Claimvia", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a purchase or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Claimvia does

Claimvia reviews cosmetic product information (such as ingredient lists, labels, product pages and supporting documents) against regulatory and platform rules, and reports what may need attention, with suggested changes.

The 2027 Formaldehyde Check is a one-time report that reviews the ingredient list of your product(s) for formaldehyde, methylene glycol and formaldehyde-releasing ingredients that are restricted or proposed to be restricted in the United States, including the rules adopted by the State of Washington, rules being drafted in Oregon and the rule proposed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

2. What Claimvia does not do

• Claimvia is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Reports are informational and do not create an attorney-client relationship.
• Claimvia does not test products in a laboratory. Our review is based only on the documents and information you provide.
• We do not guarantee that a product will be accepted by any retailer, marketplace, advertising platform or authority, or that it is free of any regulatory risk.
• Regulations change. A report reflects the rules and public information available on the date it is delivered.

For decisions with legal consequences, we recommend you confirm our findings with a qualified attorney or regulatory consultant.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information, including the ingredient list (INCI) that matches the product actually being sold. If the documents are outdated, incomplete or belong to a different formula, the report will reflect that and may be wrong.
• You must have the right to share the files you upload.
• You are responsible for any changes you make to your products, labels or marketing, and for how you use the report.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Pre-sale offer and delivery

• The 2027 Formaldehyde Check is sold during a pre-sale period at US$ 79 for one product and US$ 249 for up to five products. After December 15, 2026, the regular price is US$ 129 per product. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
• After payment, you will receive an email with instructions to upload photos or PDFs of your label and/or ingredient list.
• We deliver the report by email as a PDF within 7 business days after receiving all the files we need. If something is missing or unreadable, we will contact you, and the delivery period starts again when we receive it.
• The five-product package must be used for products of the same brand or the same customer account, and its files must be sent within 60 days of purchase.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any taxes, bank fees or currency conversion charged by your bank are your responsibility.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at claimvia.app/refund, which is part of these Terms.

7. Your content and confidentiality

You keep all rights to the files and information you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service. We treat your files as confidential, keep them in private storage and do not share them except with service providers that help us run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymized, aggregated statistics (for example, "how many products contained a restricted ingredient") that do not identify you, your brand or your products.

8. Our content

The Service, the Claimvia name, logo, software, rule library and report templates belong to Claimvia. You may use the reports you purchase for your own business, including sharing them with your manufacturer, designer, attorney or retailers. You may not resell the Service or copy our rule library.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading malicious files, trying to access other customers' data, interfering with the Service or using it to break the law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claimvia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, product recalls, removed listings or advertising accounts, or regulatory penalties. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report or service involved.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one in effect on the date of that purchase. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
